Cameron uses dormant UK accounts while targeting banks

UK Prime Minister David Cameron has stated his plans to press forward to use the money set in dormant bank accounts to back community projects, where he also set out to create a large society bank, highlighted in the coalition government program proposal, which would financially aid charities and non-profit companies to overtake governmental jobs.

Moreover, Cameron claims that the concept is directly related to the public sector's revamp as the government attempts to narrow down the off the chart budget deficit the UK is facing, where forecasts show that 490,000 jobs in the public sector by April 2015 will be lost.
