Stylist Camille Seydoux has designed her debut collection in collaboration with Roger Vivier. The older sister of Bond girl Lea Seydoux, Camille has designed a capsule collection — Camille Seydous for Roger Vivier, for the French fashion house for its Spring/Summer 2016 collection. The new line is an all denim range.

Camille, who is a stylist to her younger sister, British singer Adele and various other A-list celebrities, has designed a six piece line for the renowned fashion designer Roger Vivier, who is best known for creating the stiletto heels. Her collection includes platform sandals, ankle boots, a shoulder bag, a bucket bag, a backpack and a sneaker.

The new capsule collection will be available from March 2016 in flagship Roger Vivier stores around the world. The new Prismick Denim collection is amalgamated very well by Camille with Vivier’s legacy. She said that her collection is not for the typical sophisticated Parisian, but for the more laid back girl.

According to the stylist, who opened her own art gallery at the age of 25, the accessories in the denim range are designed to create an “ultra-chic yet non-conventional young attitude.” “Denim can be worn with everything and can tone down an outfit. This capsule collection shakes up the look,” said the 32-year-old Camille.

The stylist works with couture house studios to design bespoke dresses for actresses. For Roger Vivier, she brought her own touch of impertinence to the new denim collection. Camille’s new line is fun and effortless. She said that she loved the 1970s style and is a huge fan of Jane Birkin.

The aesthetic of her denim Prismick range is based on a picture of the diva dressed in patchwork jeans and a white T-shirt. However, former Bond girl Adele Exarchopoulos, who showed her support for Camille, said the Roger Vivier collaboration was “more Britney than Birkin.”
