Canada released the consumer price index for the month of November, where CPI rose by 0.1% same as estimates, while on the yearly basis the index rose by 2.9% same as the previous and expected reading.

Core CPI, which excluded volatile items such as food and energy, rose in November by 0.1%, compared to the prior 0.3 percent and inline with forecasted reading, core CPI on yearly basis rose by 2.1 percent slightly down from forecasted of 2.2%.
