M2 Telecommunications Group Ltd. announced on Thursday that it has been chosen by sales intermediary Capricorn Society Ltd. to provide a full suite of telecommunications services the latter's 10,000 member companies.

Capricorn, one of the world’s largest independent automotive industry buying groups, provides a wide range of benefits to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) throughout Australia, New Zealand and the Republic of South Africa.

M2 has appointed dedicated account management personnel to manage a structured campaign to connect as many Capricorn members as possible over the coming months.

The uptake of services offered to members by Capricorn Society is typically very high, the company said, evidence of the level of confidence members have in preferred service offers put forward by Capricorn.

“We have assessed many telco options over the past two years, and have worked with M2 for many months in order to develop an offering for our members which represented real value, was simple to implement and was backed by a commitment to servicing our members in a personalized manner,” said Capricorn’s chief, Trent Bartlett.

This week the Capricorns member services personnel together with M2s appointed account management team will begin a national awareness campaign advising members of the M2 Telecom offering and commencing the sign-up process.
