From a renowned supermodel to the First Lady of France, Carla Bruni-Sarkozy has always mesmerized the world with her unique sense of style and fashion, even as it evolved through the years. She signed with agency City Models at 19; her first big break, however, was when she was signed by Estelle Lefébure in campaigns for Guess jeans.

Bruni-Sarkozy subsequently worked for designers and fashion houses such as Christian Dior, Givenchy, Paco Rabanne, Sonia Rykiel, Christian Lacroix, Karl Lagerfeld, John Galliano, Yves Saint-Laurent, Shiatzy Chen, Chanel and Versace.

She married French President Nicolas Sarkozy in 2008, after a brief romance.
