Carrie Underwood turned 34 last Friday, and she shared some snaps from her birthday party on social media over the weekend. It appears the Grammy-winning singer got what she really wanted for her special day: a replica of “The Walking Dead” character Negan’s bat named Lucille.

The first thing Underwood showed her followers on Instagram was a pic of her birthday cake. The IveyCake Store-made sweet treat was inspired by the singer’s favorite series, AMC’s “The Waking Dead.” It features bloodied hands of zombies trying to escape a container, and on top rests the iconic wooden baseball bat wrapped in barbed wire that Jeffrey Dean Morgan’s character used in killing both zombies and humans alike.

Underwood was also ecstatic to show off her new toy to her fans, so she uploaded a photo of her holding what appears to be a copy of the famous baseball bat Lucille. She even noted in her caption that it’s the “perfect present” for her. Some of her followers then joked that she could have used Lucille instead of the Louisville Slugger bat to hit the car headlights with in her “Before He Cheats” music video.

This isn’t the first time Underwood has expressed her adoration for the zombie-themed series and for anything related to Morgan’s character Negan. Earlier this year, when she attended the 2017 Golden Globes, she met Morgan backstage as they were both part of the lineup of presenters for the show. At the time, she even joked to the actor that he really resembled Negan.

Meanwhile, Underwood, who entered motherhood two years ago, has been serving some adorable Instagram posts of her son with husband ice hockey player Mike Fisher every now and then. Early this week, she uploaded a clip of little Isaiah Michael laughing and captioned it with a meaningful statement that says, “sometimes the most beautiful music isn’t music.”

In February, Underwood and her son made headlines for their duet of “Jesus Loves Me” while inside their car. Fans lauded the devout Christian singer back then for teaching her son church songs at an early age.
