Carrie Underwood takes exercising seriously. The Grammy-winning country singer and mom-of-one recently shared a makeup-free photo of her at the gym after yet another intense workout.

Underwood, 33, may not have bothered to primp for the camera in the new snapshot she shared on Instagram Thursday, but the "Jesus Take The Wheel" still looks gorgeous even when she's a "sweaty mess."

"I'm a sweaty mess, but I'm a sweaty mess in an adorable tank!" she captioned the pic, which shows her sporting a kicky striped top from her Calia by Carrie Underwood fitness clothing line. The singer also added a few hashtags, including "staythepath" and "#KeepingItReal" for motivation.

Underwood, who welcomed son Isaiah last year, previously opened up about her motivation for going to the gym regularly and staying fit during an interview with TODAY. The singer, who played softball and basketball during her childhood years, said that exercising helps her stay positive and upbeat.

"I feel better about myself, because I feel like 'Oh, my clothes fit me. That's awesome,'" she shared.

Underwood, who is a big fan of outdoor activities such as hiking, added that she doesn't limit herself to the gym when it comes to exercising. "I'm lucky I live in a place where I've got a lot of hills around," said the singer, who lives in Nashville with her hockey player husband, Mike Fisher.

The "American Idol" Season 4 winner has been sharing more moments from her private life as of late. She also took to Instagram last month to share an emotional message for Fisher on their sixth anniversary as husband and wife. "Six years ago today, I said 'I do,' to this handsome fella. I meant it then and I mean it now. God put us together and continues to bless our marriage. I couldn't imagine this life without you, @mfisher1212 I am thankful for these past six years together (and, of course, for our beautiful son, Isaiah) and I look forward to spending the rest of our lives in love," she wrote as caption of a photo of her and Fisher.

The pro hockey player also shared a sweet wedding photo on Instagram, along with the message, "6 years ago today we were married. Time sure does fly when you're having fun and you marry up. I'm very grateful to have an amazing wife and mother by my side!"
