Casey Cohen, Jay Z’s alleged mistress, is speaking up, four days after reports emerged claiming she and the rapper are having an affair. The New York City club hostess, who also starred in Bravo’s reality show “Princesses of Long Island” denies the rumors and is demanding an apology.

Cohen, who is 16 years younger than Jay Z, 44, has a bio on Bravo stating that she “earned a Bachelor of Science in Studio Art and a Master's Degree in Art Education at NYU. When she isn't working on her art or staying fit, she works for the hospitality company. She is very passionate about art and education and is always finding a way to give back."

This week InTouch and other publications claimed the smart blonde would meet up with Jay Z at her reported gig at New York City hotspot 1OAK. “Jay probably sees her twice a month. He visits her while she’s working and then they slip away for an afterparty. She’ll hang out with him all night, flirting with him and touching him," an insider told the magazine.

Now, TMZ reports Cohen has hired a lawyer who wrote a cease-and-desist letter stating the two “have never been in love or intimate” and that the reports are “a foul and phony mistress-rumor.” She has admitted to meeting both Jay Z and Beyoncé, but only through her job at 1OAK. Cohen is demanding an apology from Bauer, the owner of InTouch, to her, Jay Z and his wife, in addition to the removal of all incriminating stories regarding the alleged trysts.
