Casper Smart Is Not The First Male in Public Eye Accused of Being Gay; Jennifer Lopez's Camp Denies Rumors [PHOTOS]

Pictures of Casper Smart, 24, the boyfriend of Jennifer Lopez, entering a peep-show store in New York just one day before Lopez?s 43rd birthday recently surfaced, and while rumors are circulating that Lopez is now ready to dump her boytoy, her attorneys deny the allegations.

Chris Bosh

Though Bosh was already in the NBA before joining the Miami Heat, being a part of the Big Three alongside superstars Dwyane Wade and Lebron James brought a lot more media attention his way. Many NBA fans started accusing the star power forward, who is married to Adrienne Williams, of being gay due to some of his mannerisms, such as him crying after the Heat lost in the 2011 NBA finals, and the way he dresses, which some describe as "effeminate." Regardless of the gay rumors, Bosh seems unaffected, as he and his wife recently had their first child together, not to mention he is now an NBA Finals champion.

John Travolta

Earlier this year, actor John Travolta was sued by an unnamed masseur who is reportedly seeking $2 million plus punitive damages after Travolta is said to have "began rubbing the masseur' inappropriately, according to TMZ. He is also alleged to have tried to have sex with the masseur. After this damaging accusation, his former assistant claimed that Travolta had a gay relationship with his pilot for over five years. Travolta has denied all allegations and is still with his wife, Kelly Preston.

Tom Cruise

There have been long-standing rumors that the "Mission Impossible" actor is gay. In 1998, British tabloid, The Daily Express, alleged that Cruise's marriage to Nicole Kidman was just designed to cover up his homosexuality. Cruise later sued the tabloid, but In 2001, male porn star Chad Slater claimed that it was his homosexual affair with Cruise that prompted his divorce from Kidman, according to ABC News. Cruise denied the report and sued the porn star for $100 million. Cruise has just been divorced by his third wife, Katie Holmes.

Al Reynolds

Al Reynolds was married for four years to former co-host of "The View" Star Jones. They divorced in 2008, and throughout the marriage, Reynolds was bombarded with gay accusations by the media. The rumors were so severe that he started his own channel on YouTube to dispel the rumors, and after his divorce, stated: "I am not a homosexual. But the thing is, it's really weird to me ? and it's kind of upsetting to me that that's where people would go as it relates to my sexuality. Because this has affected my professional life. This has affected my personal life. And if anyone knew the damage that it has caused me, they would understand why I'm very aggressive about this."

Star magazine claims the shop Smart entered is a "well-known cruising spot for gay men looking for instant hookups."

While rumors are circulating that Lopez is ready to dump her boytoy due to the photos, her attorneys deny the allegations.

Entertainment sites such as E! News reported that Lopez is "taking some time to think about things" after the pictures of Smart were made public, but her attorneys said in a statement that the stories concerning Smart's sexuality are "false, malicious and defamatory. Ms. Lopez and Mr. Smart will pursue all remedies available to them under the law."

Lopez and her boyfriend are threatening to sue Star magazine and In Touch over their claims about Smart entering a "gay sex club," which the couple says are fabricated reports, according to TMZ.

Lopez seems to be sticking by Smart for the time being. Pictures surfaced this weekend of the couple in Calabasas, Calif., looking happy while taking a walk with Lopez's two children.
