Catherina Scalia, who has come to be nicknamed the hot dog hooker, was arrested on Thursday after police found the mother of four was running an illegal prostitution ring using a food cart as a front in Long Island. But that's not stopping her from turning tricks again, as Scalia said she would be back in business as soon as Thursday.

According to CBS News, 45-year-old Scalia was arrested and charged with prostitution last Thursday in Nassau County in Baldwin, N.Y. after an undercover police officer purchased two hot dogs from her stand and was handed business cards offering services you don't usually get from a food vendor. Detective Lt. Kevin Smith said Scalia would refer customers to her home where she would perform sexual acts in exchange for money.

The agreed amount was about $100 and then to further engage in an additional sex act - it was another $50, Detective Smith told CBS News.

The New York Post reported that Scalia used business cards titled Strips-R-Us, leaving them in pharmacies offering topless cleaning and one-on-one strips.

Neighbors told CBS that they believed she was indeed a prostitute based on her appearance and the amount of visitors at her home.

The way she dressed, you knew something wasn't exactly right there, one neighbor told CBS.

I always see her smoking cigarette with bra and bikini outside, another neighbor said.

According to CBS, Scalia was arrested for prostitution eight years ago, also using a hot dog truck as a front, and her family is tired of her behavior.

I've been bailing her out for years and it won't do any good. She'll just get up to her old tricks again, one family member told The New York Post. Her 13-year-old son said she deserves jail time, then she will learn her lesson.

And her latest arrest is not stopping her from cooking up some more hot dogs. Scalia told the New York Post that she will start her services again on Thursday since she posted the $2,000 bail on Wednesday.

I'll be out there in my bikini top selling my hot dogs! Scalia told The Post. Come taste my onions!

Scalia told WPIX that she will offer a deal: two-for-one hot dogs and striptease.

Despite her guilty plea, Scalia doesn't believe that she did anything wrong.

If a man can walk out down the street without a shirt, so can I! Scalia told The Post. I just give my business cards out, and guys who want a strip show call me, and I'll do it at my house. What's wrong with that?

WPIX reported that Scalia plead guilty to stripping, not prostitution.

I plead guilty to stripping, Scalia told WPIX, Not prostitution, prostitution is sex and I am Sister Theresa here.

Catherine Scalia is due back in court on June 16 and faces up to 60 days in treatment if she fails the psychiatric evaluation ordered by Judge Anthony Paradiso in addition to the seven days she must serve.
