A Sacramento resident came home to what was expected as dog feces in front of her house, but upon checking video surveillance footage it turned out to be left behind by a human.

Nemy Bautista posted on Facebook Tuesday a video of what appeared to be a delivery person squatting beside the passenger-side door. After the unidentified individual left their own "package" behind, the person was seen quickly running back to the driver-side door and driving away.

"Amazon.com Why is your driver squatting in-front of my house? Let me give you a hint ... he/she is not tying their shoes. I have it on video," Bautista wrote.

After reaching out to the company, Bautista told KOVR that an Amazon representative came to the house and was "shocked."

"(The representative) ended up scooping it up with a plastic bag ... I also had to hose down the gutter/sidewalk area after he left," Bautista said to KOVR Thursday.

Amazon released an official statement to the Huffington Post Friday, saying the individual is "no longer" with the company.

"This does not reflect the high standards we have for delivery service providers. This individual is no longer delivering Amazon packages and we’re in direct communication with the customer," the statement said.

Bautista was given an Amazon gift card for her troubles, however, she was mainly concerned for the other people whose packages were being delivered by the mystery pooper.
