Nielsen Media Research compiled a list of the top 20 shows watched during prime time for the week, Jan. 12 to 18.

The biggest broadcast of the week: CBS' airing of the Super Bowl-bound Pittsburgh Steelers in their win over the Baltimore Ravens.

The Tuesday and Wednesday editions of Idol were the week's second- and third-most-watched shows.

Listings include the week's ranking, with viewership for the week and season-to-date rankings in parentheses. An X in parentheses denotes a one-time-only presentation.
