Electronics supplier Celestica Inc. (NYSE: CLS) said Monday it would stop manufacturing for Research in Motion (Nasdaq: RIMM) within the next three to six months, as the maker of BlackBerry restructures its supply chain.

Toronto-based Celestica said the restructuring charges will not exceed $35 million. It reaffirmed its second-quarter financial guidance of revenue of $1.65 billion to $1.75 billion and earnings per share of 20 to 26 cents.

Celestica will provide more details of the restructuring on July 27, when it reports second-quarter earnings.

Shares of Celestica rose 17 cents to $7.64 in late trading.
