Charitybuzz and Audemars Piguet Watches Join Forces for Charity

width=252 Jewelry & Watches: Charitybuzz partnered with Swiss watchmaker Audemars Piguet and the Tony Awards to put together a star-powered live and silent auction featuring 27 customized watches worth $1.1 million signed by Tony celebrities to benefit Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.

Hugh Jackman, Scarlett Johansson, Meryl Streep, Neil Patrick Harris and other A-list celebs have autographed one-of-a-kind creations from Audemars Piguet to be sold via auction.

Other celebrities included stars of both stage and screen including Antonio Banderas, Kristin Chenoweth, Alan Cumming, Edie Falco, Whoopi Goldberg, Kelsey Grammer, Sean Hayes, Neil Patrick Harris, David Hyde Pierce, Hugh Jackman, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Jay-Z, Jane Krakowski, Nathan Lane, Angela Lansbury, Cyndi Lauper, John Lithgow, Sienna Miller, Bebe Neuwirth, Cynthia Nixon, Chita Rivera, Anika Noni-Rose, Liev Schreiber, Meryl Streep, and Vanessa Williams.

One of the more special watches in the collection included a men's and women's Royal Oak Offshore 57th Street watch signed by Daniel Radcliffe and Scarlett Johansson. The watches were designed to commemorate Audemars Piguet's partnership with the Tony Awards and new flagship boutique on East 57th Street.

The total retail value of the collection by Audemars Piguet exceeded $1 million and ended on May 24th. Upcoming events and auctions are continually run and may be viewed online at Charitybuzz.
