Chelsea Clinton Gives Birth To Daughter Charlotte Clinton Mezvinsky

Chelsea Clinton has given birth to a daughter, according to an announcement on Twitter:

Marc and I are full of love, awe and gratitude as we celebrate the birth of our daughter, Charlotte Clinton Mezvinsky.

A representative of Clinton reportedly told ABC News she gave birth Friday. Clinton and Marc Mezvinsky, an investment banker, married in 2010. It is the first child for each, and the first grandchild for her parents Bill and Hillary Clinton. No details were made available.

Clinton left her role as a special correspondent at NBC News in August.
