According to the latest reports, London-based English Premier League side Chelsea's Billionaire Russian owner Roman Abramovich has drawn up an eleven man shopping list for the Blues this summer and will effectively hand over the list to the new manager the Blues will look to appoint at the end of the season.

The owner has stressed upon four key roles in the team - two fullbacks, a center forward and an attacking midfielder - and is set to spend accordingly. This will be an effort by the Russian to bring in the best the game has to offer at the moment.

It is being said that the list has generated a staggering spending amount of $394.19 million (£247 million) which the club's newt manager will be allotted to use once the summer transfer window opens. It was previously reported that Abramovich had sent out his scouting staff on a six-month global project to find the best footballers on the planet at the moment as an effort to completely rebuild the squad.

Among the targeted players, there are names like Radamel Falcao, the Colombian center forward playing for Spanish La Liga side Atletico Madrid, Argentinean striker Ezequiel Lavezzi, who plays for Italian Serie A side Napoli, and Dutch Eredivisie side Ajax defender and skipper Jan Vertonghen, who has also been targeted by Blues' London rivals Arsenal.

Although Abramovich wants his new boss to have the final say on whom he signs, he knows that he can't afford to delay as other clubs will also look to get hold of these players as they have performed exceptionally well in their fields for their clubs this season.

Here are the other noted players in the list -

Hulk - Striker/Winger, Brazil, Porto (Portugal): Estimated fee $55.86 million (£35 million)

Luka Modric - Midfielder, Croatia, Tottenham (England): Estimated fee $63.84 million (£40 million)

Eden Hazard - Attacking midfielder/winger, Belgium, Lille (France): Estimated fee $39.90 million (£25 million)

Edinson Cavani - Striker, Uruguay, Napoli (Italy): Estimated fee $55.86 million (£35 million)

Mario Gotze - Attacking midfielder/winger, Germany, Borussia Dortmund: Estimated fee $63.84 million (£40 million)

Cesar Azpilicueta - Right back, Spain, Marseille (France): Estimated fee $39.90 million (£25 million)

Gonzalo Higuain - Striker, Argentina, Real Madrid (Spain): Estimated fee $47.88 million (£30 million)

Alvaro Pereira - Wingback, Uruguay, Porto (Portugal): Estimated fee $27.13 million (£17 million)

Though Chelsea have drawn up a host of players in their list, the club will know that everything depends on the club's qualification for Champions League next season if they manage to secure the fourth place in the Premier League this season which is contested by Tottenham and Newcastle apart from Chelsea.

A number of Blues players are also expected leave the club at the end of the current season. The likes of Didier Drogba, Salomon Kalou and Florent Malouda are all out of contract and are set to sever ties with the club in the summer, according to a Daily Mail report.
