China Everbright Bank <601818.SS> has mandated 10 banks for its planned about $6 billion Hong Kong listing, IFR reported late on Saturday.

The underwriters for the offer are: Bank of America Merrill Lynch , BOC International <3988.HK>, BNP Paribas , CICC, China Everbright Securities, Goldman Sachs , Guotai Junan Securities, JP Morgan , Morgan Stanley and UBS , IFR, a Thomson Reuters publication said.

The lender aims to wrap up the deal by end July, it said.

Last month, the Shanghai-listed mid-sized Chinese bank said it plans to issue up to 12 billion Hong Kong-listed shares, including an over allotment option, to boost its capital adequacy ratio.
