Chris Brown may be facing jail time after being charged in a hit-and-run accident. Last month, the 24-year-old singer got into a car accident while driving around Los Angeles with model Karrueche Tran. His Range Rover rear-ended a Mercedes, but fortunately there were no reported injuries.

However, he allegedly refused to give his driver's license number to the unidentified driver of the Mercedes and gave false insurance information before leaving the scene.

Brown was also driving without a valid license and is being charged for that as well. He can receive a maximum of six months in jail for each offense. He has also been charged with the crime of driving without a valid license. The crimes are punishable by a maximum of six months in jail for each offense.

The artist is already making headlines for another incident, after being accused of attacking a woman who was with him at a club Saturday night. Deanna Gines, 24, was in the VIP section with Brown at Heat Ultra Lounge in Anaheim, Calif., after he had a performance when the incident occurred.

She told TMZ that, as the club closed, the 24-year-old artist shoved her purposefully onto the floor, causing her to fall hard on her knees. She filed a police report and is now on crutches. She claimed she may even need surgery as doctors told her she has torn ligaments in her right knee.

However, Brown's rep, Nicole Perna, told TMZ, "I'm unaware of the incident, as is Chris' lawyer and his entire team. He was in a great mood after Powerhouse. None of this makes sense."
