Chrissy Teigen, John Legend ‘Enjoying’ Being Parents Of Newborn Baby Luna

Chrissy Teigen and her husband, John Legend, are loving every minute of being parents, a report by Hollywood Life said Tuesday. The report came after Teigen shared the first picture of her newborn daughter Luna Simone Stephens on Instagram on Tuesday.

A source told Hollywood Life: “They are doing more than great. Chrissy and John are taking this time to learn and love with each other and they’ll eventually let the outside world come to them. They have received congrats from friends and family, but they find it more important to be together and alone for the first moments.”

“They are really enjoying the process and they don’t really want to make it a celebrity thing. They just want to enjoy being new parents right now — the rest will fall into place,” the insider added.

On Monday, Teigen also shared a photo of a monitor that showed the baby’s weight. Teigen gave birth to her daughter last Thursday and the couple announced the news of the newborn’s arrival on Twitter a few days later.

The “All of Me” singer tweeted about it on Sunday, saying: “Our new love is here! Luna Simone Stephens, born on Thursday, the 14th. We couldn’t be happier!”

Teigen tweeted on Monday, saying: “Thank you for all the well wishes!!! We are so happy and excited! I dunno what to tweet now. Does my twitter change? This is so awkward.”
