Yet, on the most recent episode of NBC's The Voice, Christina Aguilera showed off a slimmer figure and a more polished look.
On Monday's episode of The Voice, Aguilera's stunning curves, slender face and beautiful ensemble stole the show.

Christina Aguilera's weight gain brought the singer a heap of flack over the past few months, as critics made sure to point out how different the pop star looked compared to her Genie in a Bottle days.
Aguilera did not pay attention to the jabs.
When asked about her weight gain in January, the singer responded, As long as I'm happy in my own skin, that's all I need, that's all the confirmation I need. I'm happy where I am, I have a boyfriend that loves my body, I love my body, my son is healthy and happy. That's all that matters.
She first came onto the music scene in 1999 as a powerhouse vocalist contending against other pop starlets like Britney Spears and Jessica Simpson. At the time, she was exceptionally slender. Some questioned whether or not she had an eating disorder.
The tables then turned and Christina Aguilera faced criticism from the other end. Kelly Osbourne slammed Aguilera's fuller figure, stating that the singer had previously criticized Osbourne's physique.
