The CM Punk and Chris Brown feud continues to rage on after the WWE champion called out Brown for allegedly assaulting singer Rihanna.

Punk - real name Phillip Jack Brooks - took to the Hot 97 airwaves in New York City to further attack Brown for his childish behavior and to respond to criticisms from some of Brown's supporters.

Punk said he was angry that after the Grammys just the way he's acted as if winning a Grammy has granted him immunity and erased his mistakes.

Punk received a lot of hate for his attacks on Brown over the course of his appearance on the radio program. A few callers called him irrelevant, while a woman named Latisha said that Brown wasn't in the wrong because I believe if you (as a female) put your hands on a male, you deserve to get beat like a male.

Punk shrugged off the complaints as he continues his pursuit of getting Brown into the ring for a charity fight. The famous wrestler started the war of words on Feb. 20th when he tweeted that I would like @chrisbrown to fight somebody that can defend themselves. Me curb stomping that turd would be a #wrestlemania moment.

Brown, who is known for Twitter mishaps, couldn't resist the opportunity to respond and called out Punk for fame seeking and for using steroids.

I really hope this 15 minutes of fame is paying you for the long run becuz music lasts forever! Wrestlers come and go according to ratings.

Punk, who is known for abstinence of drugs and alcohol, responded with a lengthy video response that women are to be revered and respected and that Brown hasn't appropriately paid for attacking Rihanna. His solution for the problem is to get Brown into a ring and settle things there.

So Chris wants to throw stones my way now and I say that's fine but puts some gloves on and get in the ring. I will choke you out, and I will make you feel as weak and as powerless and scared and alone as any woman who has had the misfortune of knowing a sad, cowardly little boy such as yourself, and all proceeds can go to a women's shelter of my choosing.

Brown returned the fire by getting #notnopunks trending on Twitter and tweeted out I really hope this 15 minutes of fame is paying you for the long run becuz music lasts forever! Wrestlers come and go according to ratings.

He later tweeted he was done arguing with Punk because it was too time consuming to argue wit (sic) every person who has their own issues to deal with.

Odds are this battle won't be over anytime soon - not as long as Punk continues to take to the airwaves to call out the Grammy winning singer.
