"Call of Duty: Ghosts" will be available for the Wii U on Nov. 5, Activision announced today, ending speculation about whether the military shooter would ever make it to Nintendo's newest console, which has struggled to sell units.

No preorder bonuses or DLC have been announced. Activision did mention in its statement that the Wii U version of "Call of Duty: Ghosts" would be supported by the Wii Remote, as well as the second-screen found on the Wii U GamePad. Activision also alludes to "features yet to be announced."

"Call of Duty: Ghosts" will be released on Nov. 5 on the Wii U, Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. It will also be a PS4 and Xbox One launch title.
