Biography

He received his Ph.D. in economics from the University of Michigan. He is co-author, with Dean Baker, of </span></span><em><span lang="FR" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: "Arial","sans-serif";">Social Security: The Phony Crisis</span></em></font><span class="pageintro1"><span lang="FR" style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif";"><font size="2"> (University of Chicago Press, 2000), and has written numerous research papers on economic policy.</font></span></span></font><span lang="FR" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: "Arial","sans-serif";"><br />
