Cono Italiano, Inc., the manufacturer of an “on the go” food product known as Pizza Cono, has been featured in the Indy Star Newspaper. Pizza Cono was recognized as one of the top new food items featured at the Indiana State Fair. The Indiana State Fair is amongst the largest annual fairs each year, lasting three weeks.

The Indy Star Newspaper, along with local restaurants, vote, over a two-month period, for what they believe is the top new item for the upcoming festival. They choose several food items from different food categories. They then proceed to choose the top 10 items and have the public vote to elect the top item for that year. Pizza Cono or Pizza Cone finished second for 2009.

Cono Italiano, Inc. will be developing a line of products specifically for the fairs and festivals. This line of products will consist of larger cones and filled cones. This market will be instrumental in exposing the pizza cone to customers and consumers who the Company may not reach throughout the United States.

The design of the Pizza Cone is to be a drip free, spill free cone-shaped pizza made of proprietary dough and filled with freshly selected ingredients. The Company makes their cones with natural ingredients in a Kosher and AIB certified environment.

Cono Italiano, Inc. intends that the Pizza Cone will be distributed through the fast food market. The Pizza Cone will be distributed to quick-service restaurants (QSR), takeaways, and leisure locations. These establishments include fast food chains, supermarkets, convenience stores, entertainment facilities and sports arenas.
