Residence Clubs: The Magnolia Private Residence Club offers families the chance to have a luxury vacation home at an affordable price.

Magnolia Private Residence Club is from the Axiom Capital Group, LLC of Destin, FL and their partners, consultant DCP International, who developed the residence club concept in 1992 with the Deer Valley Club at the prestigious Deer Valley Resort in Utah.

The newly opened Magnolia Private Residence Club is located on coastal Highway 30-A, an area of Florida's panhandle between Destin and Panama City Beach, close to major airports servicing both the United States and Canada. It allows families to partially own a luxurious vacation home at a reasonable price. For example, a well- furnished, three-bedroom residence is just $159,000 for a one-eighth share.
