Sandra Bullock’s husband in custody battle with porn star

Sandra Bullock's husband, Jesse James, faces a custody battle with his porn star ex-wife over the couple's 5-year-old daughter.

James and his former wife, Janine Lindemulder, have a daughter, Sunny, who has lived with Bullock and James since January this year after Lindemulder was jailed for tax evasion, ABC reports.

Bullock is concerned for the child's safety and In the letter she sent to the judge she wrote, ""As information was brought to Jesse's attention about Janie's drug use, and Sunny's safety, and isolation, he was compelled to take matters to court."
