Pop singer Rihanna broke her silence about her former boyfriend, Chris Brown, Thursday on Good Morning America saying that returning to him after he beat her was "wrong".
Rihanna described the beating as "humiliating" and "traumatizing". The singer also had advice for women dealing with domestic violence telling them to "come out of the situation and look at it for what it really is."
The singer admitted that "It's pretty natural for that to be the first reaction; to go back." She also confessed" it takes a woman eight or nine times before she leaves."
