Socialite Paris Hilton and her boyfriend are well known in their Los Angeles neighborhood as the couple who throw loud parties and fight constantly annoying neighbors and police.
The noise has become so out of control that one of Hilton's neighbors has described her as a "Monster".
The LAPD has been called over to her house so many times to break up fights between the couple or to tell them to keep their party noise down.
Police have had enough and have warned the couple that the next time they are called over there will be no warning but just tickets and arrests.
Hilton and her boyfriend, Doug Reinhardt, have been living together for 5 months.
