Heidi Klum becomes Heidi Samuel officially

Model Heidi Klum has officially adopted her husband's surname and is now Heidi Samuel.

Her legal name change was officially approved by a Los Angeles commissioner on Friday, PEOPLE reported.

Klum in her filing cited marriage as the reason for the name change.
