The queen of pop when recently questioned whether she would adopt again responded with "Never say never" on GMTV.
Madonna, 51, was last week interviewed by Ben Shepherds where she spoke on her career and accomplishments.
"I am really proud of the work that I am doing in Africa, I feel a tremendous sense of accomplishment in terms of my career and the work that I have done", Madonna said in the interview.
The star already has two children from Malawi; son David Banda and daughter Mercy . Rocco from her marriage to Guy Ritchie and Lourdes from a previous relationship.
