Empire State of Mind singer, Alicia Keys, appeared on The Bill Cosby Show at the age of 4 winning a competition on the show.
Keys on the show appeared bouncing on Cosby's knee as she took part in a challenge to see which child could balance the longest on his leg. The children all took part in a sleepover with friends of the Huxtables' daughter Rudy.
The acclaimed singer has been busy promoting her new album The Element of Freedom and has appeared on The View and Good Morning America recently.
Keys and Jay-Z have together led the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart for a fifth week.
