The former Jon & Kate plus 8 couple are now officially divorced after the judge signed the final papers this morning according to reports from TMZ.
Judge Arthur Tilson officially ended the couple's 10-year marriage and their six-month long divorce process with the signing of the papers.
Kate will continue to live in the couple's marital home with the eight children according to her lawyer, Mark Momjian.
Kate's lawyer added about everything was divided between Jon and Kate, saying, "We are very pleased with the final outcome."
"I am very relieved that our divorce has been finalized, and I look forward to the New Year, focusing on the children," says Kate. "This has been a challenging transition for all of us, but I am confident that we will move ahead with the important task of restructuring our lives."
