Mariah Carey gives drunk acceptance speech after ‘Breakthrough actress of the year’ award

Mariah Carey had clearly too much to drink before giving her acceptance speech Tuesday night at the Palm Springs Film Festival Gala Dinner.

Carey drunkenly gave an acceptance speech after receiving the award of breakthrough actress of the year for her role in the movie Precious.

"I have to say, this is. And please forgive me because I'm a little bit...", Carey said referring to her state.
