After the Super Bowl, the next important football event is the NFL Draft.

Well, after a lot of discussion, it's finally up on us. Thursday, from Radio City Music Hall in New York, the 2011 NFL Draft will get underway.

According to NFL insiders close to the Carolina Panthers, it appears Cam Newton will be the first overall pick taken on April 28th. The reigning Heisman Trophy winner is one of three quarterbacks expected to crack the top ten.
