The Social Network took all the three big awards of the day at the The 16th annual Critics Choice Movie Awards : Best Picture, Best Director (David Fincher) and Best Adapted Screenplay, plus Best Score.

Inception swept the maximum awards and took home six technical awards including cinematography and editing. Natalie Portman won best actress award for Black Swan and Colin Firth won for The King’s Speech

The fighter scored in the acting category and took home both best supporting awards and also the ensemble award . Best Foreign feature film went to The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo.
In music category, the best Song went to Dido and A R Rehman for 127 Hours

Generally, Critics Choice winners manage to win at the Oscars, so the winners can look forward to a big night in February.
