Wednesday, the Croatian Bureau of Statistics announced that retail sales in real terms dropped 19.1% year-over-year in February, after falling 13.7% in January.

Nominally, retail sales were down 16.6% on an annual basis in February, compared to the 11.7% fall in the previous month.

Month-on-month, real retail sales in real terms declined 4.2% in February, while retail sales were down 3.7% nominally.

For the January to February period, retail sales in real terms decreased 4.5% compared to the same period of the previous year.
