Cruise Holidays of Alexandria launches 2012 Exclusive River Cruise Collection

The 2012 River Cruise Collection includes a full-ship charter of the brand new AMA Certo, which debuts in 2012. This river cruise, called The Legendary Danube, will be available exclusively through Cruise Holidays. It will sail the Rhine River October 4-11, 2012, from Nuremberg, Germany to Budapest, Hungary. This river cruise itinerary will include visits to quaint Medieval villages and famous towns, including Salzburg, Austria of Sound of Music Fame. It will include special onboard events and tailored shore excursions. Escorting the cruise will be Mark Schiffner, President of Cruise Holidays International.

In addition to the Legendary Danube cruise aboard the AMA Certo, Cruise Holidays 2012 river cruise collection also includes, among others, a springtime cruise to Burgundy and Provence along the Rhone River, a Douro River cruise through Spain and Portugal, a Castles Along the Rhine cruise from Amsterdam to Basel, an Imperial Waterways of Russia cruise along the Volga River, Tulips and Windmills cruise through the Netherlands, and a Parisian Winter Holiday cruise over the Christmas Holiday.

Each river cruise ship caters to fewer than 200 guests. In addition to the intimate experience that sailing aboard a river ship offers, each river cruise that is part of Cruise Holidays collection includes a complimentary excursion in each port visited with a professional English-speaking tour guide, onboard meals, complimentary red and white wines and a selection of beers and soft-drinks served at dinner, captain's cocktail reception and dinner; and unique quality local onboard entertainment.
