The Black Eyed Peas and Jason Mraz have made history on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart, while Miley Cyrus and Jay-Z entered the list's top 10.

With a combined 20 weeks at No. 1 for current chart topper I Gotta Feeling and previous No. 1 Boom Boom Pow, the Black Eyed Peas have broken the record for the longest stay for an act atop the chart. The previous record-holder was Usher, who had a 19-week run in 2004 with Yeah! and Burn.

Singer-songwriter Mraz's I'm Yours notched its 70th week on the Hot 100. Thanks to 4.4 million total downloads and airplay on top 40, adult top 40, adult contemporary and triple-A (adult alternative album) radio, I'm Yours beat LeAnn Rimes' How Do I Live for the song with the longest life on the singles chart.

Crashing the party is Cyrus, whose Party in the U.S.A., debuted at No. 2 for her best-ever ranking on the chart. The song previews Cyrus' Walmart exclusive CD, The Time of Our Lives, due August 31.

Following Cyrus at No. 3 is Jay-Z, Rihanna and Kanye West's Run This Town, from Jay-Z's upcoming The Blueprint 3 album. The trio is slated to perform Run This Town on the inaugural episode of The Jay Leno Show September 14.

Elsewhere in the top 10, Taylor Swift's You Belong With Me dropped two to No. 4, Kings of Leon's Use Somebody held at No. 5, Drake's Best I Ever Had slipped from No. 3 to No. 6, and Jay Sean (featuring Lil Wayne) fell Down one rung to No. 7. Keri Hilson's Knock You Down featuring Kanye West and Ne-Yo dropped four to No. 8, Cobra Starship featuring Leighton Meester's Good Girls Go Bad fell two to No. 9, and Pitbull's Hotel Room Service dropped one to No. 10.

Disney's Friends for Change, which includes the Jonas Brothers, Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez, debuted at No. 20 with Send It On. Net proceeds from the digital release will go to environmental charities through the Disney Worldwide Conservation Fund.

Britney Spears' Radar, which is both a track on her 2007 Blackout album and a single from her 2008 album Circus, is new to the Hot 100 at No. 90. With Radar Spears has scored the most Hot 100 songs from one of her albums.
