Forget the mom drama! Kira Girard’s pregnancy will cause quit the commotion in the forthcoming Season 5 installment of Lifetime’s “Dance Moms.” After announcing to her co-stars that she’s expecting, Kalani Hilliker’s mom shares that she has had some complications with her pregnancy. But it appears her medical issues are not behind her just yet.

In the preview for episode 29, “Baby Dance Mama Drama,” the moms reveal that Kira is absent from the weekly competition. “Kira’s in the hospital right now,” dance mom Melissa Gisoni says. “I’m worried about her to be honest with you.” The promo goes on to show dancers Kendall Vertes and Mackenzie Ziegler in tears.

Kira’s situation won’t be the only source of drama in Tuesday’s installment. Lifetime’s synopsis reveals that Abby Lee Miller will make a big, and possibly controversial, announcement. After weeks of prepping her West Coast dance studio, ALDC LA (Abby Lee Dance Company Los Angeles), she will reveal to her students that her grand opening party “will coincide with Nationals.” Will the ALDC coach be able to make it to the final competition of the season? Viewers will have to stay tuned to find out, but let's hope for Kendall's sake she can!

Following Kendall's win against teammate JoJo Siwa in episode 28, Abby will “reward” her with another solo. However, this time, she will have to compete against Abby’s star student, Maddie Ziegler. If she wins, she still has a chance to compete at Nationals. If she loses, Maddie might take her place.

And while Kira’s pregnancy reveal may cause the ALDC to have babies on the brain, the weekly routine will be all about marriage. The network's summary for the episode confirms that the elite junior team will compete a musical theater number. One “Dance Moms” spoiler site has revealed that the number is called “Always a Bridesmaid.” Check out a sneak-peek video of the dance here.

So, how did the ALDC group number fare? And did Maddie beat Kendall in the solo division? According to one “Dance Moms” spoiler site, the Pittsburgh-based group was a big hit at Sheer Talent in Spokane, Washington, on May 16. Competition attendees have shared that the studio’s group dance took home first-place in the pre-teen division.

Unfortunately for Kendall, her solo wasn’t a big winner. Her speciality routine, “Blowing Red,” reportedly took home second-place in the pre-teen division. Maddie, on the other hand, place first overall for her contemporary piece, “The Woods."
