“Dance Moms” Season 7, episode 6 will see the return of Maesi Caes (third from right). Lifetime

Abby Lee Miller’s girls are preparing for nationals. Next week’s “Dance Moms” Season 7 installment will see the ALDC elite team perform a creepy and timely show-stopping number as the finale quickly approaches.

Episode 6, “No Clowning Around,” will see Brynn Rumfallo lead the group in a piece designed around the killer clown sightings, but that’s far from the only routine they have in store for viewers. Lifetime’s synopsis reveals three dancers will get the chance to “shine on stage.”

One of those shining stars will be longtime performer Nia Sioux, who will be granted her first solo of the year. Unfortunately for the pop singer, she’ll have to go head-to-head with newcomer Camryn Bridges. Could be this be the end of the road for Camryn?

“There’s just nothing,” Abby tells Camryn in the promo as the dancer looks on disappointed. Camryn’s mother is also seen worrying that her daughter could be given the boot if she doesn’t fare well against the “Dance Moms” original.

Despite blowing the choreography in episode 5’s group hip-hop routine, Maesi Caes will also return and will be given a solo. “I’m giving you a chance to redeem yourself,” Abby tells the newcomer.

After blowing their winning streak the ALDC will be back to business in episode 6. One “Dance Moms” spoiler site reports the team placed first overall in the teen division at Dream Dance Challenge in Panorama City, California, on Oct. 15 with “Clowning Around.”

As for the solos, Nia was the big winner. Her contemporary piece “How to Get Away With Murder” placed first overall in her respective category. Camryn was her runner-up with the jazz routine “Endangered Spieces.” Maesi failed to place with her jazz number “It’s Britney, Baby.”

“Dance Moms” Season 7, episode 6 airs Tuesday, Jan. 3, at 9 p.m. EST on Lifetime.
