The “Dance Moms” girls are growing up and possibly becoming a little boy crazy. A sneak peek scene from the upcoming Season 6B reveals the girls caught the attention of some young, male athletes while practicing a competition routine.

The clip starts with Abby Lee Miller’s noticeably smaller elite junior team doing their hair and makeup backstage at an event. After the girls tell Abby they’re in good spirits, the moms dish on the surprise attention their girls received earlier that day.

“They were practicing at breakfast and there was little boy athletes there looking at them,” Kalani Hilliker’s mom, Kira Girard, reveals. Jill Vertes, Kendall’s mother, adds the boys were more interested in watching the girls perform than eating their breakfast.

“They’re pretending to eat their cereal,” Jill says, demonstrating how they struggled to watch them. “Their necks were all cranned.”

Kendall, 13, goes on to share that she thinks the boys were more interested in Kalani than other of her other teammates. Kira laughs off Kendall’s comment and so does Kalani. “Secretly, me and my mom and I are both Kardashians,” the 15-year-old jokes to the cameras. “I gotta get my lip injections,” she adds, apparently referencing teenage “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star Kylie Jenner’s controversial decision to get lip fillers.

This isn’t the first sneak peek Lifetime has given viewers ahead of the return of “Dance Moms” next month. A trailer for the forthcoming episodes (above) shows the return of Abby’s mini team and her unique teaching tactics.

“My reputation is on the line,” Abby tells her students as shots of several of them in tears flashes onscreen. “If you fail it is going to be a direct reflection on me.”

“Dance Moms” returns Sept. 6 at 9 p.m. EDT on Lifetime.
