Monday night's episode of Dancing With the Stars promised to be a heated night of competition, and boy did it deliver.

The final four contestants -- NFL player Donald Driver; Welsh singer Katherine Jenkins; Cuban actor William Levy; and television personality Maria Menounos -- have been consistently good throughout the season, and on Monday night they all proved why they are still around.

Jenkins, however, got a bit tangled up at the end of her salsa performance with professional dance partner Mark Ballas. The singer was visibly emotional and looked to be on the verge of tears as she waved off questions of concern. She apologized to Ballas, who just reassured her with I got you. Her reason for the tumble: a back spasm.

She later tweeted an update: Thank you for all your concerned tweets ... I'm with the Doctor, he says it was a reflectorical spasm in my lower back.

Jenkins still did well, although she fared much better in her previous dance, a quickstep.

Ballas tweeted an apology of sorts to fans: sry guys we couldn't finish R dance. Katherine hurt her back, I tried my best not let her fall at the end :) hope we still have ur votes.

Levy, one of the few contestants in the history of DWTS, who actually knows how to move his hips, got rave reviews from the judges for the samba and tango he performed with partner Cheryl Burke.

The Cuban telenovela actor tweeted his enthusiasm and love for fans: Thank u all for the messages !!! Thank u for the love and support !! Hope u guys enjoyed it and also voted ;-)) jeje. Love u all.

Driver performed a solid samba and waltz with professional partner, Peta Murgatroyd, and Menounos blew the judges away with her jive and tango. She tweeted her enthusiasm: Omg!!!!!!!!!! What a night!!!!!!!!! Omg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you all for your inspiring messages-they helped alot! Xo please vote!
