Antonio Brown has got the moves! The Pittsburgh Steeler wide receiver proved he’s more than just talented on the football field when the Season 22 “Dancing With the Stars” contestant shared a behind-the-scene video from his dance rehearsal.

In the clip, which was posted to Instagram, Brown can be seen shaking it out with Sharna Burgess, who will be competing with the athlete during the upcoming installment of the hit ABC series.

So what dance will the Season 22 partners showcase during their ballroom debut on Monday, March 21? Well, according to the fast-paced moves in the video, Antonio and Sharna will be performing the quick-step. Guess those ladder drills paid off after all, Antonio!

The video shows Antonio and Sharna bouncing around the black and yellow-colored rehearsal room to the quick tune of Pitbull’s “Bad Man.”

But as confident as Antonio may seem throughout the energetic routine, the Florida native dished that he’s a bit nervous to fill the legendary dance shoes of former “DWTS” champion Hines Ward. Hines, who played 14 seasons with the Steelers, took home the Mirror Ball trophy during Season 12 of the dance competition with his partner Kym Johnson.

“The pressure is definitely on me to win,” Antonio told the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. “Hines already set the standard with Steeler nation.”
