Donald Trump appeared in the ballroom during Week 2 of “Dancing With the Stars” — or at least somebody who looked like the Republican U.S. presidential candidate took the dance floor during the latest installment of Season 22 of the hit ABC series.

Hoping to win over the judges with a parody routine, Geraldo Rivera channeled his inner businessman as he slipped into a suit and a blonde wig for Latin Week.

“I’ve known Donald since 1974,” Geraldo said in his rehearsal footage of why he decided to dress like the entrepreneur. “I think he’s going to get a kick out of it.”

Although it’s unknown whether the presidential candidate chuckled at the humorous salsa presented by Geraldo and Edyta Śliwińska, audiences saw that the routine did put smiles on the judges’ faces.

“Unfortunately, you did not make dance great again, but you did make me laugh,” judge Carrie Ann Inaba told the contestant after his colorful — and rather odd — performance. Carrie Ann added that although the salsa wasn’t spectacular, it was an improvement over his Week 1 routine, which lacked rhythm.

Judge Bruno Tonioli shared a similar sentiment, saying the routine was impressive, but “for all the wrong reasons.”

“We just wanted to have a good laugh,” Edyta said of why they chose a Donald Trump-inspired dance for Latin Week.

Geraldo may have improved since his premiere routine, but the award-winning journalist took home another low score of 13 out of 30.
