“Dancing With the Stars” Season 24 is well underway and the competition is heating up fast. Two of the 12 duos have gone home and a third will soon join them.

During “DWTS” Week 3, the teams performed Las Vegas themed routines. Team Blades of Glory (Nancy Kerrigan and Artem Chigvintsev) wowed viewers with their routine, taking the first nines of Season 24. They pulled ahead of the competition early, but lost their lead to Team Valmani (Normani Kordei and Val Chmerkovskiy).

Nancy and Artem’s routine wasn’t the only surprise of the night. Team Denim and Diamonds (Bonner Bolton and Sharna Burgess) hit a rough patch in Week 3. The pair scored low with an underwhelming Charleston routine.

Their 24 out of 40 score after wowing in “DWTS” Week 2 left Bonner “bummed.” Sharna opened up about his internal struggle in an interview with ET Online after Monday’s episode. She said she was feeling conflicted by Bonner’s post-performance disappointment.

“When we got off stage, the first thing I said to Bonner was, ‘I love that you’re bummed, but I’m frustrated that you’re bummed,’” she said. “I love that you’re bummed because you care and I love seeing how much he cares about this competition, but at the same time, I want him to acknowledge the difficulty of that routine, the difficulty for someone like Bonner, with the injuries that he’s had, to have the coordination to do a Charleston, [which is] so intense.”

Another “DWTS” Season 24 favorite, Team Shad Squad (Rashad Jennings and Emma Slater) also struggled in Week 3. The pair were at the top of their game in Week 1 and 2, but judges weren’t feeling their Vegas Samba routine. They scored only 28 out of 40 points, but judges — and viewers — are confident they’ll bounce back.

Who will be the next “DWTS” Season 24 pair sent home? Here are our predictions:

Team Denim And Diamonds

Bonner and Sharna struggled in Week 3 to overcome the limitations of the professional bull rider’s injuries. Their routine suffered and we fear they’ll have this problem again down the line. Team Denim and Diamonds has all the chemistry in the world, but it won’t be enough to keep them on “DWTS” Season 24. The pair may stay in the competition after Week 4, but it doesn’t seem likely they’ll go all the way.

Team Baby Got Bach

Peta Murgatroyd may be one of the best pros on “DWTS,” but Nick Viall is struggling with the choreography. If he can give the show as much effort as he put into finding love on “The Bachelor,” Team Baby Got Bach has a chance. If not, we predict they’ll be going home soon.

Team Dancing Fools

Many “DWTS” fans thought Kym Herjavec (née Johnson) and Mr. T would be the first to go home in Season 24. The pair defied the odds, making it to Week 3. They’ve made improvements, but will it be enough to keep them in the competition? We think not.

Team Valmani, Team Maksimum Heat (Heather Morris and Alan Bersten/Maksim Chmerkovskiy), Team Pretty Xxpensive (Erika Girardi and Gleb Savchenko), Team Blades of Glory, Team Lady and the Gramp (David Ross and Lindsay Arnold), Team Golden Giggles (Simone Biles and Sasha Farber) Team Shad Squad and Team Blades of Glory should be fine. “DWTS” fans will have to keep tuning in to find out for sure which teams will continue on and which will hang up their dancing shoes.

The show airs Mondays at 8 p.m. EDT on ABC. Tune in next week as the teams perform routines based on memorable years in their lives.
