We’re giving “Dancing With the Stars” duo Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Peta Murgatroyd a 10 out of 10 for their breath-taking engagement party.

The couple celebrated their engagement surrounded by their ballroom family and friends over the weekend at a masquerade-themed party. The star-studded event was held at the Diamond Horseshoe club, a venue located in the basement of the Paramount Hotel in New York City.

“Officially the best day of my adult life!” Maks gushed in an Instagram caption, sharing an image from the party. “Worlds collided and love flooded the room!” The “DWTS” alum then thanked LDV Hospitality and Diamond Horseshoe club for helping him and his wife-to-be put on “an event of a lifetime.”

And that it was! The celebration was attended by several “DWTS” pros and celebrity participants like Rumer Willis, who won the Mirror Ball Trophy with Val Chmerkovskiy in 2015. According to E! News, the Season 20 champ sang a sweet tribute to the couple, ending the festive night with Whitney Houston’s “I Will Always Love You.”

“What an incredible night celebrating these two,” Rumer captioned a picture of herself posing with the happy couple in addition to a few other “DWTS” pros. “I am so honored to have been a part of it. Love you both.”

Maks, 36, proposed to Peta, 29, in December during a performance of “Sway: A Dance Trilogy” at the Olympia Theater in Miami. The sweet engagement, which was captured on video, unveiled just how the two-stepping dancer asked Peta to not only be his partner on the ballroom floor but in life.

“I’m in love with you, and I want to be in love with you for the rest of my life,” Maks said to Peta. “And if you’ll have me, I want you to be part of mine.”

The couple have yet to reveal a wedding date but they did dish to In Touch Weekly that they want an East Coast ceremony.

“It’s going to be massive, probably 500 people, somewhere in New York. Our families will fly over for it,” Peta revealed just how big their big day is going to be.
