Some details have been revealed on Anne Hathaway's Catwoman costume for the new Batman film the Dark Knight Rises. The latest news reported that Hathaway will sport a costume similar to the one seen in recent comic books and video games.

According to Hollywood Life, the Dark Knight Rises version of Salina Kyle will look considerably different from Tim Burton's Batman Returns film and Halle Berry's, the previous Catwoman star, outfit.

Anne's outfit is more tactical, like the comic book, than the previous Batman movies, a source very close to the costume design tells us exclusively. She will definitely be wearing the goggles and it's going to be less sexy than Halle Berry and Michelle Pfeiffer's Catwoman costumes. She's going to look more like a robber...But fan boys shouldn't be worried. This costume is going to be form-fitting enough to make Anne look smoking hot.

Catwoman's latest design takes reference to comic book writer Ed Brubaker's revamp of the feline thief. The comics and games design her in a high tech looking body suit, equipped with whip and leaps from rooftops with her infrared goggles. The costume has been widely used by popular comic artists such as Jim Lee and adapted into recent Batman video games such as Arkham City.

As for Batman's new ride, we saw the Lamborghini Murcielago in Batman Begins and another Lamborghini get smashed in The Dark Knight. It is only fitting that Bruce Wayne's new ride will keep with tradition in driving head turning Lamborghinis. A photo leak from Luxury4Play reveals a brand new 2012 Lamborghini Aventador spotted on set and may be the latest car for Gotham's billionaire playboy. With a base price over $379,000 each, this could be one of many cars and props we can expect to see in the film's $250 million budget. No word yet on seeing a probably revamp version of the Batmobile.
