After David Letterman confessed of having sexual relationships with women from the Late Show staff and mixed jokes with apologies to his wife on air, the problems seem just not to be over.

I think the problem here for Letterman is the story is not over, Howard Kurtz, reporter for the Washington Post told ABC's Good Morning America today.

I think this is going to continue to dribble out because there is a criminal case at the heart of it, Kurtz added.

Joe Halderman, a CBS producer is being accused of extortion and could face up to 15 years in prison if convicted.

Halderman's lawyer Gerald Shargel commented that to say his client was trapped in an extortion plot is preposterous considering Halderman has 27 years of investigative experience.

Instead, Shargel said there's much more to this story.
