While on a date with Eli (Lamon Archey), Gabi (Camila Banus) and Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) have a nasty confrontation, and one of them ends up in the hospital on the April 20, 2017 episode of “Days of Our Lives.” NBC

They haven’t gotten along since Gabi was released from prison, and Julie hasn’t approved of her getting close to another member of her family. Now, after seeing her still hanging around with Eli, Julie will decide to take action on the Thursday, April 20 episode of “Days of Our Lives.”

Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) has never forgiven Gabi (Camilla Banus) for killing Nick a few years ago, and she was livid when Gabi was released from prison after only serving a short one-year sentence. Since then, she has made it her mission to make sure Gabi never got close to any members of her family ever again on the NBC soap. However, since Eli (Lamon Archey) came to town, he’s been actively pursuing Gabi, something that has annoyed Julie immensely.

Now, despite her numerous warnings that Eli should stay away from Gabi, Julie will see him out with her once again, and she will finally have had enough. She will approach the two and get into an altercation with Gabi, in the hopes she can either shame her away from Eli, or finally convince Eli that Gabi is bad news once and for all. Unfortunately, the confrontation won’t go as well as she hoped.

Gabi will try to defend herself by likely reminding Julie that Nick wasn’t a good guy, and the only way she felt she could escape the vicious cycle of his emotional abuse and attempts to manipulate her and her life, was to kill him. But as she and Julie have it out, something will happen that causes things to take a drastic and unexpected turn. By the end of it, Julie will be headed to the hospital, and Gabi could see herself once again losing out on romance, because Eli won’t be okay with how things ended.

“Days of Our Lives” airs weekdays on NBC.
