Days of Our Lives Sami Chad
Will Sami (Alison Sweeney) go through with killing Chad (Billy Flynn) on "Days of Our Lives"? NBC

Will another murder take place in Salem? Anything is possible on “Days of Our Lives” … especially with a grieving mother who wants revenge.

Wednesday’s episode found Chad (Billy Flynn) in a coma after his fight with Ben (Robert Scott Wilson). The police are ready to arrest Chad for the Necktie Murders, that is, if he ever wakes up. However, not everyone believes that Chad is guilty of the crimes. Brady (Eric Martsolf) couldn’t help but remember Chad mentioning something about blacking out after drinking. He wants to help Chad, but Dr. Jonas (Shawn Christian) warns him that Chad may be past an intervention.

Marlena (Deidre Hall) also doubts that Chad was responsible for killing Will (Guy Wilson), but unfortunately she doesn’t have proof. Eric (Greg Vaughn) fears that his mom is just trying to “see the good in everyone.”

Wednesday’s installment ended with a distraught Sami (Alison Sweeney) standing over Chad’s hospital bed with a pillow. Will the grieving mom kill him? Or will someone stop her in time? The synopsis for Thursday’s episode of “Days of Our Lives” reveals that Sami will be “pushed over the edge” and try to commit murder. However, it sounds like Chad will live to see another day. Stefano (Joseph Mascolo) will make a “heartfelt plea” to his son. If Chad manages to wake up, he could place the real Necktie Killer behind bars.

Thursday’s episode won’t be all about Chad and the murders plaguing Salem. The episode description continues that John (Drake Hogestyn) will continue his “search into the past.” Meanwhile, “Sonny (Freddie Smith) has an emotional reunion with Adrienne and Justin.”
